This tool invites you to reflect on your levels of engagement and energy associated with various activities, equipping you with valuable insights to potentially reshape your daily routines and life overall.

The "Good Times Journal" serves as a method for collecting data about your preferences, allowing you to discern what you truly enjoy versus what you find less appealing.
